Order and Shipping
You may pay for your order by one of the following methods:
- Credit / Debit cards
- Bank Deposit
- Cash on Delivery (available only for orders to be delivered in Greece with an extra cost of 1.90€ per order)
Please note that it is not possible to combine different payment methods for one order.
All payments are cleared in Euros (€) and the charge will appear in your own currency with applicable currency exchange rates at the time of the transaction. We do not charge any currency exchange fees.
Credit or Debit card transactions will be processed by our trusted partner banking institutions which provide all the guarantees of security in electronic transactions via online security systems. We do not keep a file with your credit or debit card data on our servers.

Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure that there is adequate stock of all product codes in our store in Heraklion. However, occasional shortage may occur in some product codes. In case of lack of availability of a product we will contact you in order to inform you about the time of new receipt of the product you have chosen. If the product you have chosen inadvertently is not notified by us that it is temporarily missing or canceled then we will contact you again to arrange for the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order
Product availability and information is subject to modification from time to time with or without prior notice.
The processing of electronic orders starts every day at 9:00 am.
The products are delivered from Monday to Friday. On Saturday deliveries are by arrangement and have an extra charge.
- Within Greece: 1-4 working days (depending on accessibility)
- Within the European Union or the United Kingdom: 1-6 working days (depending on accessibility)
- Rest: 6-15 working days (depending on accessibility)
After completing your order, we email you the shipping number, so you can track your order.
Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products when unbalanced factors enter the process. For example, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to loading-unloading intermediates, means of transport strikes or other strikes that affect the movement of goods. In this case we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
